We guide you on booking your biometric appointment at VFS Global or the relevant embassy visa centre in Dubai.
We prepare the application form and cover letter. You attend the VFS appointment — the process takes 15–20 minutes.
Once processed, your passport is returned via VFS. Standard time is 15 calendar days. We track the status and keep you informed.

Timeframes
Processing times are set by embassies and VFS centres. Apply well in advance — we recommend at least 4–6 weeks before travel.
Maximum processing time under Schengen rules is 30 calendar days (extendable to 60 in exceptional cases). Express/priority services are offered by some embassies for an additional government fee.
Fees & Pricing
Schengen visa fees are set by the EU and are the same across all embassies. VFS service fees vary. Our consultancy fee covers expert guidance, document review and application preparation.
