Unlike a standard residence visa that lapses if you leave the UAE for more than 6 months, the Golden Visa allows you to live, work, and travel freely without residency expiry concerns.
Who Qualifies

Own property in the UAE with a value of AED 2 million or more. The property must be fully paid or meet minimum equity requirements set by the relevant authority.

Employees in the UAE earning a minimum salary of AED 30,000 per month with a valid employment contract and recognised educational qualifications (Bachelor's or above).

Holders of a PhD from an accredited university, or individuals recognised as scientists or researchers by the UAE's competent scientific authorities.
